Paul is a familiar face to all and is one of the four senior partners of the Shires Vets family. He started within Shires as a Mixed practicioner and quickly built himself an equine client base and over the course of time has gone to a full time equine bias. Paul is the proud father of Lydia and Lucy May and is supported by his loving wife Miriam who is a small animal vet. Paul's interests are Internal Medicine and Neonatal care.
Cathy joined Shires in 2009, fresh from University. She currently spends her work time seeing horses where she has an interest in lameness and orthopaedics.
Frankie graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015. After graduating, he spent some time volunteering in Nicaragua giving basic veterinary care to working horses. He completed a one year internship in Yorkshire before coming to Shires. He has a particular interest in equine medicine and orthopaedics. In his spare time, Frankie is a keen rider and his favourite non-horsey activities include hiking, rock climbing and skiing.
