Payment Policy

From January 2009 we will be requesting payment at the time on all horse visits. We have had to adopt these measures in an attempt to curtail spiraling bad debts and the "credit crunch". When you phone the practice to arrange a visit the receptionist will inform you that now payment will be expected at the time of the visit. Please do not be offended by this new policy, we value our clients greatly. It is the increasing minority of bad debtors who have forced us to change our business terms. If you have any problems with the new arrangement please contact Paul or John.
