Qualifications include: National Diploma in Animal Care at Rodbaston College, Certificate in reception training, Certificates in Pet Plan Knowledge. I have been with Shires for 18 years and do the small animal insurance claims at Stone. I have 2 mini-lop rabbits, Frankie & Benny. Out of work I have a daughter to entertain and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
